It's 4/20: NATIONAL WEED DAY & Rihanna appears to be making a turn for the worst. Ever since her break-up with Chris Breezy.... Rihanna seems to be partying hard and possibly on some serious DRUGS!! She is now a SIZE- ZERO, and her face has aged so terribly it is heart breaking....
