PAPA Jay Z and baby Blue Ivy travel via helicopter?!? Someone call child protective services !!

Rapper Jay Z was spotted out yesterday with 8 month old daughter Blue Ivy! Daddy Jay was taking his daughter on her first helicopter ride. But looking at the photo's Blue Ivy neck seems to be unsupported and he even had HEAVY helicopter gear on her tiny little head.... we here at Porshelly are worried....
